Project: Learn how to build your own 3-D printer
Make your own 3D printer in a weekend! The Reprap movement is a free open source community that helped kick start the current crop of affordable 3D printers. Since the designs are all open source, you can download all of the software and physical plans for free! Build your own printer, customize it for your personal needs, and then share it with the world!
3D printers are useful and fun! Now you can have your own! This project demonstrates how easy it is to build your own 3D printer.
