Bio: Maker Scout is an inclusive, diverse community of families and kids who are curious about how things work and how to make them. Fun activities, cool projects, exciting challenges, and rewarding competitions encourage kids to master new skills, practice problem solving, learn to collaborate, and build a strong foundation for future innovation.
Maker Scout is a project of The Foundery, a 501c3 organized to provide space, opportunity, and resources to promote learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the areas of industrial arts, making, and manufacturing. Our mission is achieved through the creation and support of educational programs, events, and collaborative spaces.
